Having regard to the Opium Convention concluded at The Hague on January 23rd,1912 between the Netherlands and other States;

Considering that this Convention was approved by the Law of June 20th,1914 ("Staatsblad" No.257 and that the Netherland Act of Ratification of the aforesaid Convention and of the Protocol of Signature thereto annexed of July 28th 1914 was deposited at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs at The Hague on July 28th,1914;

Upon the proposal of Our Minister for Foreign Affairs of June 9th,1920;

Having determined to order the publication of the aforesaid Convention and Protocol, of which a printed copy and translation are hereunto annexed, by the insertion of this Decree in the "Staatsblad".

Our Ministers, Heads of Departments of General Administration, are entrusted, each so far as he is concerned, with the execution of that which is required in this matter.
